To increase knowledge and skill on the economic impact of disease and to learn advocating budget using data and economic analysis, US-CDC through Alertasia Foundation supported FAO and Directorate of Animal Health, Ministry of Health to jointly organized a training on veterinary economics for animal disease on 14 – 17 October 2019.

The training conducted through presentations and various exercises on the economic analysis for animal disease, gross margin disease, partial budgeting, and cost benefit analysis.

27 participants have joined the trainings, consists of staff from Ministry of Health, Cinagara Animal Health Training, DIC Lampung, Medan, Bukittinggi, Maros, Denpasar, Banjarbaru, West Kalimantan, Faculty of Animal Health Bogor - Institute of Agriculture, and FAO Indonesia.
