In 2013, AlertAsia received another grant from MMV for a clinical research on the treatment of Indonesian Army Soldiers with P. VivaxMalaria. This research was a collaboration between Indonesia University Faculty of Medicine, Eijkman Institute, Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit (EOCRU), Indonesian Army Health Department, and Indonesian Army soldiers at Battalion SH/408 in Sragen, Central Java, as the study subjects.
